The safety weightlifting bar for deep squats is made of high-quality steel, offering greater strength and toughness. Its superior welding performance provides enhanced corrosion resistance and prevents rusting. The deep squat bar is equipped with neck and shoulder protection for added comfort, and handles on both sides provide greater stability to maintain a center of gravity during squats.

The length is 220 cm, the diameter of the handle is 28 mm, the weight is 21 kg, and the weight and size of each bar are precisely calculated and cut with a weight tolerance of +/- 1%.
Cooling process
Made of steel material, which can improve the material properties and have moderate elasticity and good fatigue resistance after a specific heat treatment process and prolonged use will not bend.
The shoulder and neck positions are equipped with foam padding respectively, providing additional local comfort and reducing the feeling of pressure on the neck and shoulders.
The handle is designed on both sides to hold it firmly during the training process and help stabilize the center of gravity.
