A QPQ salt bath composite treatment technology is used on the weights to improve wear resistance, corrosion resistance and reduce fatigue resistance of the metal surface.

The resin ceramic grips are very durable, and the medium-level grooved design on the handles enhances grip and comfort. Even if your palms are sweaty from exercise, you can still hold them firmly.

Accuracy
The bar is 2.2 m long, has a 28 mm diameter handle, and weighs 20 kg. The weight and size of each rod are precisely calculated and cut with a weight tolerance of +/- 1%.

After a specific heat treatment process, the material's properties, elasticity, and fatigue resistance are enhanced. Fatigue resistance is improved, and the bar will not bend after prolonged use.

Detect
Our weights are free from defects such as cracks, slag inclusions, bubbles, and other safety-critical flaws. Under a static load of 3800N, the bar's round-to-round runout after the external force is removed does not exceed 0.6 mm. The bars feature 8 needle rollers, 2 copper sleeves, and bar rod sleeves that allow for flexible rotation.

Proof
The weights have a galvanized surface and corrosion resistance rating exceeding 6 after 24 hours of continuous spraying. Load capacity: 1000 lb/317 kg
