The shoulder-weighted vest is designed with an 8 cm width, increasing the surface area for shoulder support and reducing discomfort during training. It features five weight holes on the front and back. Weights can be evenly distributed in these holes to achieve the desired resistance for weight training. The resistance can be gradually increased by adding weight. The waist fastens with Velcro.
