The 86cm long triceps bar is made of high-quality steel, offering superior strength and toughness, and improved welding performance for enhanced corrosion resistance and rust prevention. The ergonomically designed handle, featuring a knurled design for enhanced grip, comfort, and safety, is ideal for triceps exercises. The sleeve is 50mm in diameter and 18cm long, allowing for stacking with heavier weights, with a maximum load capacity of 100kg.

The length is 86 cm, the diameter of the handle is 28 mm, the weight is 21 kg, and the weight and size of each bar are precisely calculated and cut with a weight tolerance of +/- 1%.
Cooling process
Made of steel material, which can improve the material properties and have moderate elasticity and good fatigue resistance after a specific heat treatment process and prolonged use will not bend.
Knurled handle design
The grooved handle design provides a better grip, making it comfortable and secure to hold.
