The power pack can train your entire body and improve your explosive power, strong pull, shoulder press, high lift, and deep squat, among other exercises. The Livepro refillable power pack provides a variety of ways to train your whole body, with four sand-filled bags weighing up to 20kg. The sandbag features double Velcro straps and a carrying handle, and is reinforced with cross-stitching to easily withstand swinging and other exercises.
Stable center of gravity
The 4 internal sandbags can be filled with a weight of 5 kg with a stable center of gravity, which trains with greater precision.
