The yoga wheel can stretch, massage, and align your spine. You can fully flex your back, exercise your core muscles, and relax while lying on it. Our yoga wheel is a good size and weight, with a diameter of 33 cm and a width of 13 cm. It's easy to carry and can be used for various sports activities. The inner part of our yoga wheel is made of durable PP material that can support up to 150 kg without deforming. The outer part is made of EVA material with a thickness of 0.9 cm. Therefore, you'll feel comfortable rolling on it from your back, improving your flexibility and strength.
