Livepro resistance rings are made of natural latex and have four different resistance levels. These mini exercise rings are ideal for working both the upper and lower body and are suitable for lateral steps, leg extensions, and shoulder stability training. They are also great for rehabilitation and strength training. The resistance ring is very durable and can stretch up to three times its length, making it easy to transport and use anywhere.

100% natural latex
It is made of 100% natural latex material. Compared to other rubber materials, it has good resilience and strong puncture resistance. After 50,000 tensile tests, it is safe and durable.

The flowing sand is wrapped in soft neoprene, making it easy to grip.
Four types of resistance.
There are four resistance rings of varying strength: light (10 lbs), medium (20 lbs), heavy (30 lbs), and extra heavy (40 lbs). The resistance rings allow you to adjust the intensity of your workout to target each major muscle group.
