Ultra-durable design
Created for home use but tested to commercial standards, our durable design supports a maximum user weight of 136 kg/300 lbs. and a maximum training weight of 159 kg/350 lbs., so it's ready for the biggest users and the most intense workouts.
Maximum stability
Designed to maximize stability during intense workouts, our multi-adjustable bench includes a wide base frame to reduce side-to-side movement and wide backrest supports to provide shoulder-height support and minimize pad flexing.
Reversible back pad.
A reversible back pad with a tapered end provides wide or narrow support to accommodate users of different sizes and a full range of bench strength training exercises, including reps that extend into negative space.
Convenient transport and vertical storage
The built-in wheels and ergonomic handle make it convenient to move the bench into position when you're ready to exercise and put it away when you're finished. It even stores vertically when not in use to save space in your home.
Clear adjustments with one hand
The back pad adjusts quickly and easily with one hand to help you get started right away and make a smooth transition between exercises.
Five clear tilt angles
Choose from clearly labeled angles of 0, 30, 45, 60 and 75 degrees to comfortably work a variety of major muscle groups.
Easy seat adjustment
The ergonomically sculpted bench seat easily adjusts to flat and angled positions. No matter what type of seated lifts you're performing, you can count on superior comfort and stability with every rep and set.
Band accessories
The hooks built into the base of the bench make it quick and easy to attach exercise bands so you can perform explosive exercises, rehabilitate injuries, or strengthen specific sports movements.
Low bench height
A low bench height of only 44 cm / 17.5" will allow you to keep your feet firmly on the ground, improving stability, preventing arching of the spine and minimizing strain on the lower back.
