It's designed to improve agility, cardiovascular endurance, and overall body conditioning. It features a high-density PVC base and a perforated PU ball with premium cushioning for enhanced durability. Mounted on a strong steel spring, it provides resistance designed to improve hand-eye coordination, timing, and reflexes.
The ball measures 24 cm x 18 cm. The adjustable height is from 160 to 220 cm, allowing you to adjust it to the optimal height for precise training.

High-density PVC base that can be filled with water to add weight and achieve maximum stability.
PU shock absorber ball
The PU shock-absorbing ball is for increased durability.
Adjustable height
The rotating boxing target can be adjusted using the rotating knob to set the corresponding height between 160 and 220 cm.
Simulated real blow
The rotating bar extends towards the practitioners during training, forcing them to lower their heads and reproduce the real-life scene.
