You will speak with one of our fitness repair experts to troubleshoot the issue. Genuine replacement parts will be shipped directly from Wellness Pro. A Wellness Pro technician will then be dispatched to install the parts.

If we cannot repair your unit, we will replace it with an identical or similar unit.
