The TANK™ M4 continues the evolution of this unique push-on sled. The core technology that makes all TANK™ models unique is that, unlike resistance sleds, they can be ridden indoors or outdoors on any groove-free surface. Furthermore, on all TANK™ models, resistance increases the faster you push, so each user can choose their resistance on the fly, without stopping to load or unload plates.

Endurance
The wheel's resistance, or "breakage," is present on all four wheels, so if the push end lifts at high speed, the other end still provides resistance. This eliminates the need, as in previous models, for weight plates to prevent them from lifting.
Three independent resistance levels can be set at each end, allowing for different resistance in the push and pull.
The all-wheel resistance also makes the TANK™ M4 bidirectional, so there's no need to turn the unit to reverse direction.

All TANK™ models allow for high-intensity interval training (HIIT) where bursts of acceleration and speed during 14 minutes of a TANK™ workout are equivalent to one hour on a treadmill.

A group anchor station is available that houses all the selected weights and training tools for a 10-person group TANK™ workout, with portability to any location indoors or outdoors.
