The durable medicine ball trampoline is made of steel, with 10 adjustable height settings, each adjustable in 6° increments, and different angles for various exercise effects. The side of the trampoline can be raised or lowered to form a specific angle with the floor, and the trampoline can be used for medicine ball training, which helps strengthen the core, improve balance, and build explosive power. The bounce surface is made of high-quality elastic fabric combined with Oxford fabric, and the perimeter is secured by steel springs, which are sufficiently elastic, strong, and durable. The widened and thickened foot pads provide a softer feel during training.
