Livepro’s wall balls are a kind of medicine ball and the latest strength and functional training tool. Wall balls are very suitable for wall throwing, torso rotation, squatting, sit-ups, presses, and others. Exercises with wall balls improve endurance, explosive power, and core power. They come in five different weights of 3-12kg. All weights maintain a diameter of 35cm and are made with a scratch resistant PVC synthetic leather order to ensure an equal experience while training with different weight amounts.

The surface is non-slip, moisture-proof, and made of scratch-resistant PVC synthetic leather that is easier to hold during training. The weight filling is in the center of the wallball and helps the ball maintain its shape during use.
