Livepro’s polyurethane two-colors sport barbell is composed of an alloy steel core embryo with a diameter of 13cm and a thickness of 7mm. This diameter and thickness ensures the hardness and stability of the barbell. Its exterior is wrapped with a high quality polyurethane material with a thickness of 21.5-54.3mm. When dropped, the barbell is silent and will not cause damage to the floor. This barbell is waterproof and wear resistant for long term use. It has a unique design, exquisite color matching, and conforms to the IWF standard. A strict drop test was performed where the barbell was dropped from a standard height of 30,000 times (except for 5kg). Results show that this barbell does not get deformed or damaged from excessive dropping. A variety of colors are provided, each color represents a different weight causing the barbell to be easily distinguished.
1.Weight Accuracy
Each barbell is accurately calculated and produced one at a time with a weight tolerance of +/- 1%.
2.High-quality polyurethane
A textured matte finish. This barbell is corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, and wear-resistant. Does not omit a smell. Fade resistant, damage resistant, and deformity resistant even after long-term use as compared to traditional rubber dumbbells. These dumbbells are more quiet, have a longer lifespan, and produce smoother movements.
3.Alloy steel blank
The inner core of the barbell is composed of an alloy steel blank and plated with hard chrome. This provides the barbell with not only a beautiful finish but also a hard and stable one.
4.Thinner Ring Piece
This barbell’s polyurethane shell is molded and cured around the center hub to ensure strength and stability. Compared with other plates, our Olympic bars have a larger bearing capacity. This helps professional weightlifters improve their performance.
5.Protection
The thickness of the polyurethane layer is 21.5-54.3mm, thus effectively protecting the ground and other sur.
6.Logo
