The Cerakote Olympic Bar features a stunning ceramic-coated design with exceptional tensile strength. Eight embedded needle rollers enhance rotational power while reducing friction and wear for smooth, reliable performance.
Advanced QPQ salt bath compound treatment technology protects the bar against wear, corrosion, and surface fatigue. The ceramic resin grip with medium knurling provides superior grip and comfort, even during intense sweaty workouts.

Precision Engineering
Each bar measures exactly 2.2m with a 28mm diameter grip and 20kg weight. Every bar is precision-calculated and cut to a weight tolerance of ±1%.
Advanced Cooling Process
Manufactured from premium 40Cr alloy steel with a specialized cooling process, this bar achieves 160k tensile strength. Specific heat treatment enhances material properties, elasticity, and fatigue resistance, ensuring the bar won't bend even after extended use.
Straightening Process
Steel can deform under combined thermal and structural stress. We straighten any deformed bars to ensure perfect alignment.
Quality Detection
Our bars are free from cracks, slag inclusions, bubbles, and critical safety defects. Under a static load of 3800N, the bar's rebound doesn't exceed 0.6mm. The 8 needle rollers, 2 copper sleeves, and bar sleeves rotate smoothly and flexibly.
Corrosion Testing
The galvanized surface achieves superior corrosion resistance, rated above level 6 during 24-hour continuous salt spray testing. Rated for 1,000 lb / 317 kg capacity.
Branding & Warranty
Livepro logo and weight markings are engraved on both ends. Durable and fade-resistant, backed by a full 18-month commercial warranty.
