These ankle/wrist weights are ideal for conditioning exercises, aerobics, and physical therapy, adding weight and resistance to the upper or lower body to help restore muscle strength and improve balance or coordination. Ankle/wrist weights are also suitable for home workouts, walking, jogging, and basic exercises. This product is made of soft neoprene, filled with iron sand and free of chemicals, featuring even weight distribution and good breathability.
