Resistance Foot Handle is well-tailored for leg and hip workout. With durable nylon tape, you can step on it with comfortable experience. The ankle strap is made of high-strength polyester and features thick and soft EVA lining, so that the best degree of comfort and support would be attained. It is fixed by hook & loop and allows for size change of the ankle strap to fit all users. It is a preferred gear option for leg stretching and bending exercise.

The thick, soft EVA underlayer inside the ankle strap is skin-friendly and soft, and your legs will not feel tight after wearing, so you can attain the best comfort and support.
2.Durable polyester tape
You will feel it comfortable and resistant to breakage when stepping on the durable polyester tape.
3.Metal steel buckle
Firm metal steel buckle is used to couple resistance ropes and other gears. With three metal buckles, the workout can be made in any desired direction, it has high bearing capacity and subjects to tens of thousands of tension tests.
4.Adjustable
The ankle strap is adjustable until fit to all users, securely fixed by hook & loop, and can be reused.
