These mini exercise bands are ideal for working out both the upper and lower body and are great for side steps, leg stretches, and shoulder stability exercises. They’re also perfect for rehabilitation and strength training. The resistance band is very durable and can be stretched up to three times its length, making it easy to carry and use anywhere.
