The resistance sled is a training tool similar to a sled that can be loaded with heavy weights (usually weight plates on a barbell) to improve physical conditioning and speed during exercise. It can engage nearly every muscle group in the body during training through intense effort and simple movements, making it a top choice for strength training. The sled is made of durable steel tubing with very few welded joints, making it extremely sturdy and long-lasting. It can also be pushed and pulled on multiple surfaces with accessories and has a flat bottom, allowing you to train on a variety of surfaces.
High-Quality Steel Tubing
The resistance sled is made of high-quality steel tubing—60 × 60 × 5 mm and 50 × 2 mm—and weighs 35 kg, making it strong and durable. The blue surface with a black plastic powder coating makes the surface smooth and textured, corrosion-resistant, and resistant to rusting even after high-temperature baking.
A Variety of Sports
The sled is equipped with an inner sled shirt, a climbing buckle, and a sled strap, allowing for quick changes in direction of movement, saving time and energy. It can also be loaded with weight plates for weighted resistance training to build explosive power and strength.
