Adjustable hurdles can train an athlete’s reaction and improve agility by stepping and jumping exercises. Livepro’s hurdles are made of light PP material that is portable and can be used anywhere at any time. You can also rotate the stand to adjust heights for different training needs. The hurdles’ wide base increases the stability, the material is wear resistant, and will not wear or deform. These hurdles can be used repeatedly for training and are easy to install and store. They are an ideal tool to improve speed and flexibility.
